Call for Papers
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we have the pleasure to invite you to submit your contributions to the 2025 IEEE Mexican International Conference on Computer Science (IEEE ENC 2025®). The conference will be held in a On-Site Environment from 10 to 13 November 2025 organized by the Universidad Veracruzana, with the support of the IEEE Veracruz Section and the Sociedad Mexicana de Ciencias de la Computación (SMCC). The venue will be the Instituto Tecnológico de Orizaba del Tecnológico Nacional de México (TecNM).
We would also like to thank the PES and CASS Professional Chapters, the IEEE Student Branches, IEEE EDS Student Chapter, IEEE WIE, IEEE YP, IEEE RAS Student Chapter, Instituto Internacional de Innovación Tecnológica Inteligente de las Ingenierías (IIITII), and Universidad Cristóbal Colón (UCC) for their support in the organization of the event.
Submission Guidelines
IEEE ENC 2025® is technically sponsored by IEEE. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore. Authors from all over the world are invited to submit original and unpublished papers, which are not under review in any other conference. All papers will be peer-reviewed by the technical program committee.
Submitted papers must be written in English, provided in PDF format, and must have a length between 4 and 6 pages. During the submission process, authors will be able to choose between two tracks: the Computer Science Track and the Engineering Track, depending on the primary focus and scope of their work.
The ISBN and ISSN: 2332-5712 of the conference proceedings for IEEE Xplore is: Under Process.
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
