Camera-Ready Instructions – ENC 2025

Dear Author, we are writing to inform you that you can submit your Camera-Ready paper until November 05, 2025.

Before submitting the final version of your paper, please follow the instructions:

Submission Of Papers

Step 1: Use of the proper IEEE ICEV-ENC 2025® template

  1. If all the authors of your paper are from the same institution or organization, please use the following template:

    Template Word 1  ·  Template LaTeX 1

    Using this template, you may differentiate among departments of the organization or you may decide not to mention departments.

  2. If the authors of your paper are from two institutions or organizations, please use the following template:

    Template Word 2  ·  Template LaTeX 2

    Using this template, you classify your authors in two groups, according to the organization, and you may also differentiate among departments of the organization or you may decide not to mention departments.

  3. If the authors of your paper belong to three or more institutions or organizations, please use the following template:

    Template Word 3  ·  Template LaTeX 3

    Using this template, you may differentiate among organizations or institutions, but you are asked not to mention departments.

Step 2: Creating your PDF using IEEE PDF eXpress™

Publication of paper in IEEE Xplore requires a standard format for PDF files. IEEE provides a web site and online software to help you either to convert source files or to check PDF files for IEEE Xplore-compatibility.

Access the IEEE PDF eXpress web site at: IEEE PDF eXpress

The Login page will be displayed. If you are a new user of IEEE PDF eXpress, click on the link: New Users – Click here to create an account.

Creating your PDF eXpress Account

  1. Select the New Users – Click Here link.
  2. Enter the following:
    • 68268X for the Conference ID
    • your email address
    • a password
  3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

An online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup. Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

  • Upload source file(s) for Conversion; and/or PDF(s) for Checking.
  • The site contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.

Step 3: Submitting your validated final paper

  1. Your final paper, already validated by IEEE PDF eXpress, must be sent directly to: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ENC2025.
  2. And you must register with your payment at the following link: ICEV-ENC Register.

*Verify, before sending to PDF eXpress, if the authors transferred the electronic copyright; if not, wait for the corresponding copyright email.

Estimado(a) autor(a), le informamos que puede enviar su versión Camera-Ready hasta 05 de noviembre de 2025.

    Con esta plantilla podrá diferenciar organizaciones, pero se solicita no mencionar departamentos.

Paso 2: Crear su PDF usando IEEE PDF eXpress™

La publicación en IEEE Xplore requiere un formato estándar de archivos PDF. IEEE provee un sitio y software en línea para convertir archivos fuente o verificar PDFs compatibles.

Acceda al sitio de IEEE PDF eXpress: IEEE PDF eXpress

En la página de inicio de sesión, si es primer uso, haga clic en New Users – Click here to create an account.

Creación de su cuenta PDF eXpress

  1. Seleccione New Users – Click Here.
  2. Ingrese:
    • 68268X como Conference ID
    • su correo electrónico
    • una contraseña
  3. Complete la información solicitada.

Se mostrará una confirmación en línea y recibirá otra por correo. Usuarios previos deben seguir los pasos y usar la misma contraseña empleada antes. Verifique que su información de contacto sea válida.

  • Cargue archivos fuente para Conversión y/o PDFs para Validación.
  • El sitio contiene instrucciones, recursos, consejos y soporte técnico.

Paso 3: Envío de su versión final validada

  1. Su PDF final, ya validado por IEEE PDF eXpress, debe enviarse a: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ENC2025.
  2. Además, debe registrarse y realizar el pago en el siguiente enlace: ICEV-ENC Register.

*Antes de enviar a PDF eXpress, verifique si los autores ya transfirieron el copyright electrónico; de no ser así, espere el correo correspondiente.
